If you’re one of the few people who haven’t yet become tired of playing Sims games all day, you’ll be happy to know that EA has released two new “casual” titles based off the series. The Sims Carnival SnapCity is a city-building puzzle game, while The Sims Carnival BumperBlast is an arcade-style game having players clear out bumpers before shots run out.

Hoping to attract the masses of Sims fans out there, EA has announced the beta launch of The Sims On Stage, an interactive website where people can record karaoke songs, stories, comedy routines and more.
The Sims On Stage will also feature an easy-to-use Movie Maship that will allow users to create original movies featuring content from the game. Those who like to sing (or pretend) will have access to thousands of karaoke songs ranging from rock to country; if singing isn’t your thing, then you can also take a shot at Open-Mic recordings, sharing performances ranging from spoken word and comedy routines to knock-knock jokes and whatnot.
The site is already live and hosting content, so go ahead, embarrass yourself.

It will come as no surprise to everyone that EA will milk The Sims series till doomsday. So, without further ado, let’s introduce the next expansion: Family Fun. Expectedly revealed in the recently released Open for Business add-on, Family Fun will offer new objects for people to traumatize their Sims with. This time around, the focus, as the name implies, will be on ‘family’ and kids, although no new features have been revelaed, neither have they been teased about. Family Fun is scheduled for release this April.
