Enlight has officially announced Football Mogul 2007, the latest entry in the American football simulation series. Set for release this month, the game will feature new functions and improvements, including a new roster editor which allows for personnel customization, new play calling engine and even more. Football Mogul 2007 will retail for $20.

Let’s welcome another player to the MMOG market: CDV. The company has announced a partnership with Enlight Software, a development studio based in Hong Kong, that will see them churning out two Massively Multiplayer games for the Western market.
The first game will be Imagine by the studio - it’s due for release in China this July and will be tailored for Western markets (Europe and USA) for release during the first quarter of 2007. Alongside this game, both companies are working on developing another “high-end (triple A) MMOG,” in which the experience from the first project will be used. No other information is available, except that the game will see release sometime in 2008 and will be released in both Europe and USA.

CDV and Enlight co-announce that they plan on releasing Glory of the Roman Emipre, an empire-building game, throughout North America this June.
Glory of the Roman Empire is an empire-building simulation set during the height of the glorious Roman Empire. In the game, the player assumes the roles of city planner, governor and military leader. Successful players will need planning skills, economic savvy and — should those fail — military might. Glory of the Roman Empire will challenge gamers to grow a small village into a thriving community through trade with neighbors, while also expanding and defending its borders through more militaristic means. Players will need to focus on the physical and emotional health of the citizenry, as villagers age and mature under strong leadership, contributing to the development of more advanced societies and larger cities. More than 30 missions based in 11 historically inspired towns will immerse players in the historical aspects of the Roman Empire.
