Gamers across America will once again get the chance to hunt Monsters: Capcom has announced that it will release Monster Hunter Freedom 2 for the PSP in the region. This game builds on the original PS2 game, featuring 50% more content than the original Monster Hunter Freedom. There will also be multiplayer cooperative battles for up to four friends via wireless ad-hoc mode, and much more.
Already a sensation in Japan, Freedom 2 is well on its way to beating the records that its predecessor set: Monster Hunter Portable had an attach rate of about one game sold every five systems in the country, making it Japan’s top-selling PSP title.
Capcom plans on releasing the title throughout the region this September.
