The long lost language of Sanskrit (from which Bangla and Hindi originated) will be featured in Dark Messiah of Might and Magic’s soundtrack, according to an announcement made by Ubi. The game’s live orchestra/industrial score was made by Cris Velasco and Sascha Dikiciyan, who to “blend ancient and modern elements” together decided to use an aggressive orchestral score with a choir performing an original text in Sanskrit.
Velasco worked with live musicians, whereas Dikiciyan was in charge of creating the custom sound design and electronic elements for the score. The soundtrack for the game will be released with its Collector’s Edition.
