Microsoft has revealed that the Xbox Live Vision camera will be hitting stores on September 19. It will include gesture recognition technology that will allow gamers to control games such as snowboarding and volleyball by moving different parts of their body, similar to what Sony did with the EyeToy.
The Xbox Live Vision camera will be released simultaneously in US and Europe and will allow players to personalize their gamertag picture, send photo messages and chat over Xbox Live. It can also be used to play Xbox Live Arcade games such as Uno and Texas Hold ‘Em Poker.
